Seeking Partners for the Dovzhenko Film Studio Film Props Digitization Project
The public organization “THE CHOICE IS OURS”, within the framework of cooperation with the State Enterprise “Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio”, is seeking partners, sponsors, donors, and grant-making organizations interested in supporting the Film Studio’s film props digitization project.
About the Project
The goal of the project is to create a digital catalogue of the Dovzhenko Film Studio’s film props.
For each item, we plan to create:
- high-quality photographs;
- a 3D model;
- a description and key specifications;
- dimensions and other relevant information;
- digital materials for further professional use.
At the first stage, we plan to digitize 1,000 film props.
Why It Matters
The Dovzhenko Film Studio’s collection of film props is part of the history of Ukrainian cinema.
Creating a digital catalogue will help to:
- preserve digital copies of the items for future generations;
- systematize information about the collection and make it more accessible;
- simplify the use of props in film production;
- create opportunities to use 3D models in film, advertising, video games, VFX, VR/AR, and other digital projects;
- promote Ukraine’s cinematic heritage both in Ukraine and internationally.
Who We Are Looking For

- grant-making organizations;

- companies and private partners interested in supporting the preservation of Ukraine’s cultural heritage.
Possible Forms of Partnership
Cooperation may include:
- financing a specific stage or part of the project;
- providing equipment, software, or technologies;
- expert and technical support;
- media and information partnership;
- grant or charitable support;
- other forms of participation that may contribute to the implementation of the project.
The terms of cooperation with each partner will be determined individually and agreed with the Dovzhenko Film Studio.
