Ukrainian Student Filmmakers Are Creating a Film That Could Change the World
Project Dedicated to Global Changes and the New Economy
Ukrainian student filmmakers are planning to shoot a film with an ambitious goal — to show how humanity can overcome the world’s social problems and create a society free from wars, poverty, and crime. Inspired by ideas of innovative approaches in education and the concept of resource-based economy, they are creating a project that could become an important step in promoting sustainable development strategies.
This film is not just a cinematographic project. It is an attempt to inspire viewers around the world to make the changes that our society so desperately needs. The main goal of the filmmakers is to show the audience how the new economy and global changes can lead to a more just and sustainable future.
Innovative approaches in education are an important component of the project’s mission. Through cinema, the students aim to demonstrate how modern educational models can help people in different corners of the world change their lives by focusing on the principles of a resource-based economy. Unlike traditional economic models, which focus on profit and material values, the resource-based economy emphasizes the rational use of natural and human resources to meet the needs of society.
Inspired by the works of Jacques Fresco, the philosopher and engineer who promoted ideas of the new economy and sustainable development, the students strive to recreate on-screen the world where human values, such as cooperation, innovation, and respect for the environment, are at the center of all processes. Jacques Fresco’s works on global changes and the creation of “cities of the future,” where technology serves the good of humanity, have played an important role in shaping the concept of the film.

The project is not only focused on social changes but also on the practical implementation of new approaches in education and economics that contribute to the resilience of society. The student filmmakers want to show how the interaction of science, technology, and art can solve important social problems in the world, such as poverty, inequality, and ecosystem destruction.
The film being created by the students will become part of a global movement aimed at spreading the ideas of sustainable development strategies, raising awareness of social changes, and supporting initiatives that aim to change the world. These efforts are also supported by the organization “The Choice is Ours,” which actively works on promoting ideas of resource-based economy, future education, and overcoming global challenges.
Furthermore, this project is aimed at supporting and achieving the United Nations’ Global Goals, such as eliminating poverty, quality education, sustainable economic growth, reducing inequalities, and environmental protection. The students seek to demonstrate how innovative approaches and global changes can contribute to the achievement of these important goals at the global level.
By joining this initiative, viewers will not only see a unique cinematographic project but also become part of a global movement for change. It is important to remember that every step toward a sustainable and just future begins with us. And this film is a vivid example of how innovative approaches and the new economy can change life on the planet.

Kyiv, Ukraine — A group of students and young filmmakers has announced the start of production on a short fiction film titled “The Intelligence Test” — a science fiction social drama that will serve as a teaser for a future full-length feature. The film presents a chain of realistic, plausible events that lead our civilization not toward collapse, but toward prosperity. It explores how humanity evolves — not through revolution, but through a peaceful and intelligent transformation — to eliminate war, poverty, crime, and many other global issues.
The creators position the film as a step toward a new cinematic genre — hope-cinema, one that inspires hope and presents a realistic path to a better future.

A New Voice in Ukrainian Cinema
The project “The Intelligence Test” stands out with its ambition and philosophical depth. The authors combine narrative storytelling with real-world concepts: the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ideas of a post-scarcity economy, and innovative educational models. The goal is not merely to show a world without war or poverty, but to inspire viewers to actively participate in building such a world.
The film will serve as a key part of the promotional campaign for a future feature film aimed at presenting a large-scale vision of humanity’s next stage of development.
The Most Important Stage Is Us
This film doesn’t start with a scene, a camera, or an edit. It begins with each person reading these words. Because what truly matters is not the budget or equipment — it’s people who believe in the power of change. People who dream of a world without war, poverty, or fear — and who are willing to take a small but vital step: to share this idea.
Audience-building is part of the story itself. And thanks to you, the story will come to life. Imagine: you share this message — then someone else does, and someone else… And within just a few weeks, a global wave of support forms around the film. It becomes impossible to ignore. It becomes a signal to producers, partners, and the international film community: this is a film people need.
The math is simple but powerful: just a few hundred genuine hearts who believe — and share. And within a month, we’ll be talking not about a dream, but about the actual launch of a film that changes the world.
